On 10th December, Kannagi nagar Marialaya social service society organised Orange Day and Human Rights Day Rally with our Self-help group women in Kannagi nagar community. They were 100 women were participated in the rally. The premise of the day was to raise awareness about the domestic and other forms of violence and to know the basic rights of woman. The Chief Guest for the program is Sr. Nirmala Directress of Kannagi nagar Marialaya and Mrs. Velu Inspector of police from J11 police station of Kannagi Nagar. The Rally began with the motivational song. The program coordinator Sr. Jebamani gave introduction about the Orange Day and Human Rights Day. The Rally started from Kannagi Nagar primary Government school to Marialaya office. Finally Marialaya provided refreshment and thanked the self-help group women. It was a successful program and useful who were participated in the rally.
